Sindy, I am with Bubbles on this one. Dont go into huge expense because the other side you may not get the job. Go in business attire to any interview. When you get the job then test and see what other emoloyees are wearing and what the rules for dress code in the work place. Good luck

If you dont' want to invest in formal suit just yet, then a formal collared shirt with scarf and trousers with heels should do.

Thanks for the reply. I'm just confused as what to wear for the interview as it's my first one in UAE. Any suggestions on that will be much helpful

Depends on the type of job you are applying for, if its to work in a shop for example, you'll be fine in casual jeans and shirt and salwar can be very nice too but if it is to work at an office type of an environment than a business suit/dress is more appropriate. Though I did work with women who were from India and used to wear their salwar to work every day while others opted for suits. So it really depends on the job I guess and the future boss's lenience in the dress code area. Good luck for the interview!

Hi All, I have been scheduled for a interview here in Sharjah. I have couple of salwars Jeans and Tops, Should I invest in a business Suit ? Kindly let me know what is the appropriate dress i should wear. Thanks in advance
