Could someone please clarify IF there’s a fine associated with not annually registering Ejari annually? I’ve been renting the SAME villa since 2016, not realizing I was supposed to be doing this every year. Having said that the landlord has only occasionally been renewing the lease. I was always in a “rolling lease” before this system was introduced.
Any ideas if they’re going to make a fuss?
