I have 2 employment contract signed actually. One was for Jafza and another with the company. I wonder if I want to resign which contract will be used for end of service calculation.
The jafza one has bit lower base salary then the company one.
I could show my payroll....not sure. anyone has experience ?
The JAFZA Contract will be used, however, if your company does not honor your current salary structure, you should visit jafza along with your payroll slips and bank statments, they are very helpful and tend to resolve matters like this quickly.
