Ex husband harassing with false cases

I need some urgent help. My ex has filed a false case against me during my absence here, and finally the judgment is passed, i have to get the paper this week.. I wonder how on earth can he do that, and how the court even accepted this, i need some way so that I can report is false and man! get him jailed!!!! I had not filed any case against him even after he snatched away my maintanence rights. He has his other wife here and still behind my money.
My parents are unwell and i cant keep running to the court , i need some way to stop him from this harassment, He has done too much injustice to me and take advantage of my silence.
