I'm so frustrated with maintenance companies here in Dubai... I've tried so many and just always seem to end up with bad ones... Just having a painting nightmare again and am so tired of shouting at people to use their common sense when carrying out works and simply giving a damn about the outcome of their work... I would really like to have a general maintenance contract for my villa so that all jobs are taken care of by one company instead of having "the A/C guy", "the paint guy" etc. but I'm reluctant to bind myself to someone and then finding out that they do bad work...
Does anyone have any experience with Hammers & Ladders who have been advertising their services quite heavily lately or with Renovo? I recently used Repair+ for A/C cleaning and really liked them but their maintenance contracts are extremely expensive and not sure I would actually use them that much throughout the year...
