Tammi runs great body sculpt classes in silicon oasis. Not sure of all the timings but she definitely runs one at 9am on a Frimorning in the community room at the SO shopping centre. Edited to add the cost is 25 dhs <em>edited by plum2 on 31/03/2011</em>

No not as far as I know the community centre at semmer villas is supposedly for Emirates staff only not sure how strictly its enforced for gym and classes though! If you go to www.siliconoasis.org you will see that a lady offers yoga classes - maybe contact her and ask
