Great customer service in Carrefour MOE
I still cannot believe what has happened to me today. I went to Carrefour MOE and I did my shopping. When I arrived home I did not have the NZ Lamb (AED 44). And could not find the receipt!
Even though I thought it was going to be mission impossible, I decided to come back to MOE to ask if I left the NZ lamb at the cashier. After being at the cashier (different lady, they had changed shifts) I went to speak to the supervisor, who after telling her the cashier number and time of purchase, produced a new receipt of my shopping and took me to security (to ask if they found my lamb).
Security hadn´t found anything and when she was telling me "well, we cannot do more mum, give me you telephone number, we will phone you", I told her how a good customer of Carrefour I am (which it is true) and that I want my NZ lamb for dinner. Then she gave the money back to go inside and buy a new NZ lamb!!!!! It took me around 30 minutes, but I got the money back and even a sorry and a smile! Considering that it was my fault because I forgot to take the lamb and that I did not even have the receipt I am still in shock. But I thought I would share it with you ladies as it is the first time in a year that I have such a quality customer service in Dubai. Bravo for them!
