What kind of place are you looking for and where? We have to move pretty imminently and our house is available direct from the landlord who is lovely... Superb 5 bed detached Granada villa in The Villa for 170k in 2 cheques. Front garden is done, kitchen fully fitted with miele goods and I've done double curtain rods throughout the house. We're looking for a new place right now and the real estate agents I've come into contact with have been cr8p. They say they'll call you back, and never do. Generally send you to a villa that's open, so that they don't have to meet you there, and generally do completely zero work. Whether this has been especially bad over the Christmas / New Year period as they don't really want to work, who knows? I'm hoping they'll improve next week!
