There is an Ozzie brand called Sukin which is really lovely (on the cosmetic side of things). Health wise I have hypothyroidism which contributes to hair loss. And the biggest culprit is eating and sleeping on time. As only your GP can trace your medical issues, my contribution therefore would be eating varied foods, sleeping and exercising. Children, family and friends who care about you are the best vitamins around : ) p.s. like Ruth I too take VitD3 (as it is lacking in those with hypothyroidism)

Have you checked up on your Vitamin D level? Lack of Vitamin D can cause hair fall too. After improving my Vitamin D I noticed a big change in my hair fall. Also, check out ArtNaturals Argan Oil Shampoo. It might help a lot.

Hi, I visited a dermatholog for my hair loss and he prescribed me some vitamines (I think it can work above 3 months) it called Migliorin. I tried for more than 3 months now and I can't really say it is giving me real results (maybe because of the current stress we are living within) but at least it has no side effects till now. It can work for you if take the shampoo and spray with. I hope this can help

I haven't tried the aforementioned shampoo unfortunately, but I absolutely swear by Castor Oil. I apply it every few days an hour prior to washing my hair and (not sure if I'm imagining) but I'm almost certain it's become quite bit thicker and I've seen reduced hair loss when brushing it! Hope that helps someone X

For a hair loss your GP may suggest a referral to a dermatologist, who will discuss your treatment options with you.

Hair fall can come due to change of water or due to excessive exposure to heat. It is better to consult a dermatologist for better results.

It will help just to support and protect your hair from loss, but can't help it
