Cut Above - Jumeira Beach Rd in the Magrudy's Mall next to Spinneys by the big mosque. Been using them for 18 years - that's a recommendation.

Thanks Roots on Beach road Essentials/Pastels on Al Wasl Road Around 300-350 they all have websites and price lists Primarily Western hairdressers if that is what you are looking for

try this salon called Hair Highness... same floor as Salon Ink in the Beach Park Plaza mall (next to Emirates Neurospinal hospital)... the costs for a cut & blow dry is around 250... but they also have offers on some days so worth giving them a call to check
