Has anyone been to an Ayurveda treatment here in Dubai or anywhere else?

Hi there
I would like to hear if anyone has had experience of an Ayurveda treatment. If so, which type of treatment did you have and liked the most and which ones the least? Did you feel rejuvenated and refresh at the end? Were you allowed to have certain food only?
Where I am going, there’s yoga, meditation and massages daily. Meat and booze will be omitted from the menu, but lots of healthy food so we won’t be starving! But I know my husband will try to find a wine shop nearby except there’s no shops, lol. We have a few issues on our health to sort out but not expecting magic.
