Hi ladies,

I'm looking for a personal trainer who will help me get back into shape and loose a few pounds. We have gyms in the community where I live so would really prefer someone who will travel to me.

Have you or do you use anyone who would recommend? Would they be able to travel to me?

Thank you very much ladies, So how does it work in terms of payment? do you have to block book or can you pay per session? do all the sessions have to be in a gym, or can you do some outdoor stuff too, eg: outdoor jogging/running? TIA If you pay in block things you get a discount, but you can pay per session too. I know mike is keen on outdoor things too, and is very creative with workout plans, but i'm sure the other instructors at CoreDirection and UrbanEnergy do as well

he charges 150AED per session and he gives discounts for block bookings. Oh yeah, and I got my first 3 sessions free so couldn't really argue. :) He comes over to my place and he trains me either in the community gym or outside, weather permitting.

Hi Kim.a, I've used Omarr 050-1049587 for personal training. He's been really great and encouraging as I (cough) sometimes lack motivation. Good luck.

Hi Kim, Try Core Direction (www.coredirection.com) or Urban Energy, they have trainers that come to you. Also, you can try Mike who also comes to you his number is zero five zero two nine two two seven three seven.
