I used these kits to AVOID pregnancy and got pregnant! I used Clear Blue. You can't use ovulation kits to avoid pregnancy. The only thing the kit tells you is which 2 days you are most fertile (48 hours around ovulation). But you can still get pregnant 3, 4 and 5 days before ovulation as the guys will hang out in your uterus waiting for their lady friend;) I used the Boots one and it cost around 250-280 dhs, can't remember exactly. Clearblue is available in the pharmacies (just don't go into a small Boots as they will usually only carry Boots branded products). From memory, Clear Blue was more expensive than the Boots one.

I used these kits to AVOID pregnancy and got pregnant! I used Clear Blue. epic fail. it's ok, i used a pretty strong birth control pill and still managed to get pregnant. i get a 'super epic fail'
