Hi Friends,
We are moving to a new apartment in JLT- lake view tower. When we shifted some our stuff, we noticed that our owner or agent didn’t get the house painted and cieling paint is destroyed with black marks all over it. What are my options? i read that opening a file in RERA is around 2000 aed. What shall i do? i assumed that this is very much understood and he will give us the home in ready to shift condition..
