Hi kamin9ea, I'm not sure what they use but I ordered from asos a couple of months ago and never received my order. In the end I was refunded but they told me I had to wait for 26 days to see if it arrived. And they didn't know what postal service was used here.

I ordered 3 items but one is the wrong size. Looks like we can return using skynet for 13-15usd so that might be reasonable painless. I will email today to make sure they know I only just received the item and they give me some time to return the item. Still, the saving is worth the hastle lol I know what you mean re the item looking different. It is annoying because you would have thought they would make every effort to portray the items as close to reality as possible lol

My experience was also terrible. No sign of package after 6 weeks, then item was out of stock so they refunded. In the end it turned up a month or so later! Agreed, shop and shipping a much better solution
