I can suggest one printing company www.lookatmeprint.com , please try
I found a place just around the corner from the Lamzy Plaza. They have a very wide selection and service was great. All invitations are printed in India which is why they're slightly cheaper than the places in Dubai Mall - which i found to be very expensive. They're called ravissant trading so try googling them. The guy who did my design was called Richard. They might not have the most professional set up but i was thrilled with my invitations and they cost half the price of everywhere else i looked.
we bought our wedding invitations (blank) at The Paperroom in Dubai Mall. Dont know if thats the one, Mich25 is talking about as i forgot the exact location.
We printed them ourselves as we were running out of time. The Paperroom does nice printing (and lining, etc.) So, if you have enough time, check them out! Dont know about prices though.
Other places we checked before had a minimum of 100 and more and were sort of laughing at our little numbers...
We got married last month and we bought the invite card and order of service card from Dubai Mall on 2nd floor opposite Laura Ashley. There are templates on a website address that comes with the cards. I am not arty but they both looked very professional and were just printed on our own printer. The packs of card were very reasonable and the templates were brill.
Firstly, congrats on your engagement:)
I recently designed invites for someone and they came out fab!!
The basic idea was that we bought slabs of Lindt chocolate, and redsigned the box wrapping as the invite.
The choc is wrapped in foil inside so we were able to take them out and put them in the new wrapping safely.
You can name the choc anything you like, put a pic of you and your future DH, at the back is where you can get very creative.
Some things i did were:
The bar code was the RSVP number
Ingredients: 3 spoons affection, I cup trust, 2 scoops forgiveness, one heap of faith and endless love
Recipe: Mix love and affetcion, flavour with forgiveness, stir in faith and garnish with frienda and family.
the production/expiry date etc, is the date and time of your wedding/reception
The ideas and choice are endless and best thing is the chocs only cost 10 AED each...

If you just drive all the way down al wahda street until you reach the New sharjah Gold Souk and take a left at that junction. As you go down that road, you will notice on your right hand side a line of shops specializing in wedding services - they all design and print cards too and the best thing is there are all in the same location so you can really shop around for something that suits your taste and budget!
Like my wedding theme, , my wedding card was in a lovely cream and lavender colour with purple crystals on the envelope and a dainty ribbon..they were really a hit! :)
Good luck!
yes.... right place

Hi,
I am getting married next year and would like to find somewhere in Dubai that does cheap wedding invites or somewhere that I can buy the materials to make my own. Any suggestions?
TIA
