Agree: the ads are dire! At least there is a teensy bit more variety than the ones they were showing during the T20 World Cup in 2009. They had about three ads [that's it!'> on rotation. If I never see the ad for those Cool wipes again ... it'll be too soon! :D at least a particular bank ad (the hero!) is not there..... Like the Pepsi ads though.... a bit of a change from the local ads!

Ireland played well,India played better. The Superman ad is not Airtel,but Vodafone. Ahh, my mistake. I could happily strangle Abhishek Bacchan though - him and his idea!! AND his wife ...lol I was going to say: you can get away with a lot with a hot wife, but what would I know? :D Thats all he has, doesn't he? His hot wife ( who i could strangle too - my dh says I'm just being jealous) and his idea ads.

I would say well done Ireland. Shame on India. I wouldn't say that. I think its only fair that everyone realises that Irish aren't a team to ignore, even though they are branded associates (whatever that means). I do think the English made the mistake of not taking them too seriously, just like India would have if it wasn't for that match where Ireland totally kicked a$$. But there lies the catch, Ireland beat England. England is on pretty good form and they proved that with the match with India. So to be complacent in this match, with all that evidence, shows how badly India is managing.
