Ladies

Please could you recommend which areas are good to live in within JVin? We have 2 children age 4 and 2.5 and looking to rent a 3 bedroom + miads; although I understand there is not much there yet, it would be helpful to know which distriscts are more populated than the others.
Also what is the access and closest amenities like? My DH's work and DS's school is in Jebel Ali.

Many thanks in advance

hi ladies, i live in the jumeirah village triangle. nothing there yet at all just a massive construction site, although houses are starting to fill up, more people have moved in probably because of the great rent and size of villas. Where is that supermarket in jum vil circle, which bldg? would be great to call and see if they deliver to the triangle!!

Diamond Views, Al Faraa Properties and Emirates Gardens seem to be the most populated. There is one grocery store in the building where Atlantis staff stay. Nothing else - no parks, no grass or play areas. But on the otherhand, its a very quiet and peaceful place (depending on your neighbours). Lulu Hypermarkets is 20mins drive. Choitrams in Springs is 10 mins away. MOE is 20 mins drive as well. JSS school is 7 mins away.
