The road system is a disaster The pylons are a complete eyesore - but they will be underground soon app. There are absolutely no facilites on site .. the nearest milk spot is the garage near gate 2 On the plus side you get alot for your money the build and finish is very good and the gardens are huge - this will affect your dewa but hey .. if your spending that little on rental something has to give .. the layouts of the houses are open and flow very nicely .. The access out towards Jebel Ali is great .... so many pro's and cons .. personally I think it will be fab in 5 years

I looked at a villa there almost 2 years ago now and wasn't impressed at all! It seemed to be sandwiched between rows of endless pylons [i'>and[/i'> flanked by two main roads?! I couldn't see even one green thing from any window either. Not good though the villa was actually very nice!

Thanks Ladies, the replies on Jumeirah Village was interesting, two completely different points of view. Its so difficult to know. They seem to be offering so much for your money, but I dont want to live on a building site for the next 5 years!! Solnishko we have looked at AL Warqa and were quite impressed, so yes thanks we will look again there too. Marriyah let me know if you do decide to move there then you can tell me what its like actually being there. Its one of the few places I havent actually been yet. Just want to ensure there arent any electricity cables overhead as know there are a few down that way. Thanks

I checked the area and I would say its terrible!!!! You can find much better villas that are seperate and 4-6 b/r in Al Warqa for the same price. (with a huge garden)
