legal support for expat divorcing local

Can anyone recommend a good expat solicitor to help out with a divorce. My sister, living in Dubai, married a local Muslim man and is now seeking a divorce. She has started the legal proceedings and as part of this recently had to attend a reconciliation meeting. While there was a translator present she felt not everything was being translated.
I feel she is at a clear disadvantage and should get some legal support so she has someone on her side to guide her through the process. Her husband does not want the divorce and i am worried he may be able impede it in someway.
She is Irish so I think would benefit from an Irish or UK solicitor.
