I somehow glad to read that i am not the only one who has been treated rudely! I was shocked. They advertise wheat free products so i was inquiering and they basically did not want to check what was wheat free what was not and tell me what i could order and left me at the counter not even wanting to take a drink order. Lol. Even better i was the only customer wanting to order, so no stress there ....

seems a bit er... soul-less! staff didnt look happy but as my DH remarked 'top scran' The original LT was great, the location in the house gave it a real vibe....... But when the Ibn Battuta one opened, boring boring boring. Staff also rude there and totally uninterested. Sounds like the Media City one is a carbon copy.
