Marks and Spencer nursing bras are simply the best! Totally recommend! Bit pricey but they are good quality and they last a long time. Have used babyshop nursing bras as well and in comparison found them rather lousy. And I have used the Mama's and Papa's nursing dress pack too, one was light green and the other grey. Loved 'em! Cute and stylish.

There is also a lovely shop in Dubai mall called Destination Maternity or something similar and they stock very pretty dresses. (Well, pretty compared to other maternity clothing some shops sell).

I also bought an amazing night dress made for nursing from Mamas & Papas in Dubai Mall. They were a pack of 2, one black and one pink, and I lived in them for the first couple of months. Comfortable and flattering.

Mothercare is great for maternity items. A bit more pricey here in the UAE, but still reasonable for the quality you receive. I think 2 x maternity bra packs are from 100 to 150 dhs. They are very comfortable and I passed them on to family members, so they last well.
