we are thinking of moving to a villa next time in Arabian Ranches. We would ideally like our own pool. does anyone live in a villa with a pool? if so please can you advise what the monthly DEWA and pool maintenance costs are?

I think it also depends on how much garden you have and the irrigation requirements. We are also in Saheel in 3 bedroom with a pool. We have 2 teenage children so long showers! No maid. I am sure our bills are higher than Northern Chic's but we have 10 palm trees and other gardens which I am sure take a lot of water. It is lovely to have the green and all the birds around though. I will check the bills tonight and update the post.

we live in AR in Saheel - 3 bed, plus maids independent villa - with a pvt pool. there are 3 of us, plus the nanny/maid, plus dog & cat - with lots of visitors. our DEWA varies between 1200 pm in winter to 3000 pm month in summer - and no, we don't have a heater for the pool...

we live in Downtown at the moment in a 2 bed apartment, but think we will start a family next year so fancy some more space and a more 'housey' feel!! our friends live in a gorgeous villa at Arabian Ranches, which is where we hope to move, but their company pays their bills so they cant inform us! hope someone can help as I need to do my sums!!
