I would highly recommend Al Hilal too - ask for Imran. He used to work for Emrill and knows all the ins and outs of Arabian Ranches villas. The owner of Al Hilal I believe lives on Arabian Ranches too. I thought they were one of the best companies I ever dealt with over there.

We used to be with Tool Time and they were alright, though not always as prompt and responsive as we would have like them too. However, compared to Emrill and H&G, they were more competitive. After one year with them, when it was time to renew, we read about another smaller 'boutique' maintenance company which was highly recommended, Al Hilal, and decided to sign up with them. Their prices were even cheaper than TT and we found them to be very professional and more responsive and prompter than TT, especially in case of emergencies . Their yearly contract covers more or less the same thing as the other companies and we've been happy with their services.

I second jules16 I've contract with TOOL TIME , all kind of maintenances plus yearly water tank cleaning, monthly windows cleaning weekly paveyard cleaning and all external area. 5 years back I had Emrill, then I used H&G... Tool Time is not the best provider, but little better than others... My friend canceled the contract with Tooltime to sign with a company ran by ex Tooltime's staff ; when they left Tooltime , they took all data base info about clients and contracts and they are calling all clients offering the contract [b'>at cheaper amount[/b'>...but they serve u 3 times a year, Tooltime serves you 4 times a year and - believe me- you can not compare the services, very bad!!! I saw how they are "trying" to clean... Now my friend decided to sign again with Tooltime, after seeing what they are doing in my house and because at TT they are trying to improve day by day, learning from mistakes...with much effort and goodwill, not always thinking only to money...
