I'm thinking of taking my little boy to some sort of martial arts class.

Do you knowledgable ladies know of any classes that are held on the weekend?

thanks lal1. Yes, she is getting a lot out of it - and I am too when I stay and trot round Safa Park while she's half killing herself inside! :):):)

There is a great group called Tae kwon do tigers - run by a guy called Adam. It is excellent. not sure if he does as young as 3 - but some of the kids seem pretty small. Let me know if you want the details. That's the group I mentioned below with the link to 7 days :)

if you're interested in TaeKwonDo, I can put you in touch with someone who does classes for small children - one's in the Madinat Quay Club, and there are several others in different locations.

usually, martial arts training only starts from age 4... my brother was saying something about the children needing to be big enough to be able to touch the opposite ear when they put their hand over their head (yes, go on then... I know you're trying it at home right now! ;) )

Check with KO Gym...they have the "Little Dragons" class on Saturdays and some Kids Kick Boxing during the week...it's mainly kick boxing but a very nice environment. They are located in Marina. http://www.kopromotions-dubai.com/images/timetablekogym.jpg
