sorry to hijack but does anyone know when the rest of the stations will open on the Red line? RTA seems very vague about it but its been more than a year since the first ones opened. All the stations on the red line are now open except for the Jebel Ali ones that come after Ibn Battuta.

The Trade Centre station is right outside the Fairmont, the one before that is Emirates Towers which is a bit closer to Crowne Plaza.
