Yep there is a bus, but the service has changed and on my last visit before Xmas, it was only running every half hour and the number was not as advertised on the RTA site. With two little ones you would probably be better getting a taxi from the metro. There were loads of them outside the bus station(which is next door).

Nope...last stop is Rashidiya. Then you can taxi or bus it to MCC.
