Last years were open also Thyme restaurant in Oasis towers, JBR St Maxims in MOE KGrill upstairs in the Kempinski hotel Cafe More in Gold and Diamond Park Costa Coffee on the shoreline, Palm Shakespeare cafe in Souk Bahar Lots of cafes in DIFC and Media/Internet City Costa Coffee in Souk Madinat Marine Beach Club Arabian Ranches Golf Club Bistro Madeleine in the Intercontinental FCC Bidi Bondi in The Shoreline Apartments Kidzania -a curtained off area to eat next to Pizza Express Ember restaurant Address Hotel Dubai Mall LTC Al Quoz Dubai Medical Centre cafe Dubai Mall

Last year both hotels served coffee and food but small and expensive compared to Costa! Heard Apres near the ski slope may be open but havent tried myself yet. Also, madinat costa is only open for takeaway. I think it was listed on food diva as open. <em>edited by Cherry ripe on 11/07/2013</em>

They were last year...if you google Geordie Armani or Foo Diva, they have lists of places that are open.
