They are nice developed communities with older houses and not always well maintained.... Jumeirah Park and Juneirah Village Triangle are adjacent to Springs/Meadows and the houses are newer and mostly nicer, albeit the landscaping in those communities aren't as good, but they have schools and community centers as well, I would look at them as well.

Hi I am in the process of house / villa searching to rent . Looking for suitable areas for a young family - preference in Springs & Meadows..are these really good places? Are there any concerns to look out for when selecting a villa in these places ? Urgently need good guidance .. Both popular areas and close to amenities Personally speaking I would say the Meadows is nicer than the Springs and usually are pricier. Emaar are the developer for both areas and are on of the best in Dubai.
