for one week end of april, kids/baby friendly destination and hotel (we will be traveling with one baby 10 months and one toddler 3 years), not too far away from dubai (max. 6 hours flight). Any ideas ladies? Thanks so much!

It's a bit isolated and we hardly leave the hotel during that one week. I had a good massage and DH played golf on his own. Thanks again ladies Seychelles, Mahe island (main Island), we stayed in Bel Ombre (just North of Beau Vallon beach in self catering bungalows, bungalow came with a hire car then we took flight to Praslin & boat to La Digue too (stayed 2n on Praslin too) in a guest house. MRU has loads of hotels....check on line. Rushing now but can check for you later if you're stuck.

Seychelles 4 1/2 hr flight, we went when my Son was 10 mths & I was 5 mths pregnant with no2. We rented a self catering bungalow & car & had a lovely time exploring. Otherwise for more of a pampering time try Mauritius - has great hotels with kids clubs etc, all-incluisive option also available, or for a complete chill Maldives....... Enjoy! Oh, how nice....I'm jealous!

how about Kota Kinabalu... went with our DD when she was just 9months old... and we had a lovely time... a lovely island in Sabah, Malaysian Borneo... usually you have to catch a flight to KL and then a short flight to Kota Kinabalu
