i am planning on exiting dubai whilst still within my 30 days (day 13) period and will be travelling for 29 days ..will i be allowed back in on a tourist visa ? thanks

i am planning on exiting dubai whilst still within my 30 days (day 13) period and will be travelling for 29 days ..will i be allowed back in on a tourist visa ? thanks I have learned there are "tourist visas" and there are "visit visas" which are looked at differently. Usually a 30 days is viewed as a "multiple entry" which means you can leave and enter multiple times but the clock does not "start over" when you come back in. You are not eligible for another visa until the 31st day. Can you clarify your passport country and if you were sponsored to come in? That will answer some questions.

Depends on your passport. If you don't hold a passport that the UAE gives visa on arrival to then you will have to apply for a tourist visa before you can come back into the country. There is nothing that would prevent you from re applying (if there's no immigration ban).
