Hello. Does anyone know if what the rules are for collecting a package at the post office that contains a present for example (as opposed to a purchase made by oneself). I understand that we are now charges a handling fee plus VAT which is calculated according to the value of the package contents but what if the package contains presents or, as in my case, stuff you accidentally left at your mother's house in the summer (a couple of books)?!
