i am a non working mother having just moved to Dubai. i have a little baby girl who is 17 months old.
i am looking for a nursery where i can also be present her (without dropping in) in order for her to socialize with her friends, have fun and improve language and other skills.
would anyone make a recommendation?

I don't know about a nursery but there are a few indoor playgrounds that you can stay with your child at, and will likely meet other mums and babies at! I know of 2... cheeky monkeys and mini monsters
