Refund policy in the pharmacy

Hello,

I bought some vitamins at the pharmacy 10 days ago, but haven't got the product yet.(at the moment of purchasing, there wasn't any stock so the sales person promised me to get them from other branches.)

I thought it's enough 10 days waiting, so called to ask cancellation. However, she said refund was not allowed and only exchange was possible.

In my country, refund is usually ok within 14 days and they should inform me when I pay if there's an extraordinary condition in refund policy. Isn't it common in Dubai?
Should I wait more although I can buy them in another pharmacy right now?(I saw same vitamins in another pharmacy.)

Tell them you will report them, as you haven't received the product promised. In the future, be careful paying upfront here in Dubai a lot of places can't be trusted.
