I have only used the main dealer of singer for my singer machine and he repaired it very well. Would recommend him but I don't know if they accept any other machine than singer . You can call and find out. You should be able to Google the number.

The main dealer for Janome in the Middle East is in Deira. It's just along from the Gold Souk. I have 04 2267 5046 as a contact number but Google Janome Dubai to check details.
