I love seafire, but the steak is like 235 and then you have to order sides, so not sure if you'd call that breaking the bank or not. The italian there does lovely pizza, and the tuesday mussel night is fabulous at rostang. The arabic is mediocure but it has a belly dancer and arabic dancing quite early on in the night if thats something you'd like. I've heard good things about nobu, and the oscaino but haven't tried them.
