Try Karachi Durbar - they have many restaurants across Dubai in various locations. They cost AED0.50 each and make the most amazing Bombay samosas (the big ones with potato and peas, scrummy). If you contact them now, or order on Thursday afternoon, they will be ready for you to collect on Friday morning. Well worth the drive, I promise. Mmmm, Im overseas and now dreaming about them ... and no doubt paying for eating them at bootcamp should you decide to indulge...... hope it's all going well...:)

You can try the lebanese bakery on Al Wasl road by safa park. They have a selection of samosas and sausage rolls etc. They also usually have large amounts, and they are open 24 hours :)

Contact Puranmal. They are at several locations including Knowledge Village Food Court and another near Discovery Gardens. They do "Punjabi Samosas" that are AED 1 each and the perfect size for serving as finger food. I don't know if they sell them fried though. We always get dozens of fresh samosas and then throw them in the freezer. And defrost and fry as needed.
