Hello
Does anyone know of any nice fabric shops in Dubai? The few times I have been to Satwa it always just seems to be the same old chintzy stuff. Just not my style. Any advice would be much appreciated.

does it have to be satwa? i bought really amazing fabric, trendy - what you see in the malls type from Karama. Can't help you with driving instructions but I just said to the taxi driver to go to Meena Bazaar as advised by fellow EW's when I hit the search button. Lots of shops, latest trends. You can ask for 'English style' if you want to be more specific and they have it all. Excellent... no, doesn't have to be Satwa at all. Think a taxi best for Karama anyway so shall head there. Thank you very much!
