Try going down to Park n shop and speaking to Jack the grocer. As they make their own sausages fresh, they may let you buy the casings from them.

Another option would be to make skinless sausages, I used to make my own back home and found it easier to make them skinless than to fill the skins evenly even though I had a sausage maker attachment on my Kenwood.

I have never seen them in the supermarkets here. I would go and ask the butcher at a shop where they actually make in house fresh sausages, like Choitram or Spinneys, perhaps the butcher could guide you or sell you some skins.
