Hello EW!

I have lived in the UAE for nearly NINE years and so can't believe I'm about to ask this question...

Where/how do you buy the coupon/voucher booklets for water delivery? We use Al Bayan and have always paid in cash... but I'm recently trying to change some habits to help make my life easier, so I thought using vouchers would make more sense.

But I can't find conclusive information online as to where I can buy the voucher booklets!

Thank you so much in advance, EW wizards!

hi - I've been using Al Bayan also but only on a pay-as-you-go basis. I think it might make sense to do the pre-paid option. How much does the booklet cost?

I see people already helped you out with the water and must say that I also used to follow my taste and drink water I thought just tasted good for me. A friend of mine, through claims of nutritionists, convinced me to try drinking only natural mineral water. Now I feel buying any water, but actual natural mineral water is just a waste of money. I drink Lanjarón, a natural mineral water from Spain, they always deliver for free and it's not expensive. I would recommend that if you decide to invest in water, invest in a natural one! I battled hair loss and now have very strong and long nails after switching drinking Lanjarón =).

We use Al Bayan, very easy - call them up and ask them for a book of vouchers, leave money in top of empty bottle and they will replace and leave the coupons under your new full bottle/s. \

I use Al Bayan as well. If you call them for water delivery ( I do as I don't live on a regular route), just say that you want to buy a prepaid booklet and they will send it with the truck. Or, ask the van driver when he delivers and he will sell you one. They love selling them as people often forget they have them, or lose them, so the water company gets paid twice :)

We use Al Ain Water delivery whereby you pay for a certain number of bottles, think the last payment I did was for 350Dhs (not sure if there is a minimum amount). The driver delivers what ever you tell him or you can text him and change requirement. He electronically swipes a barcode with how many bottles he has delivered and it comes through on text message with how much credit you have remaining. Very simple and no messing round with money etc. Excellent service and Al Ain water has been our favourite water for over 20 years.

We use AquaPlus and buy the voucher books directly from them as and when needed. All I do is call them the day before my delivery and ask them to bring me a new book with the water. If I'm going to be out I just leave the cash under the bottle for them to collect.
