Etisalat and Du still have to allow it and I cannot see that happening as it would be a loss of revenue for them. I downloaded my skype through Du about a year ago without any problems

When Tecom ran things before Du turned up, they allowed it. Du blocked it to keep the government happy - or so they said. We'll have to wait and see...
