could someone please explain the Green, Red & Extra easy days????

have just joined slimming world online and it doesnt explain it anywhere......or am i just being thick!!!!;)

You need to print off all the downloads so you can read through them and decide which would suit you best. Green option allows you unlimited potatoes, rice and pasta and the red option allows unlimited meat and fish. The easy extra is a combination of both. Take a look at the list of free foods for all options, these are the foods you can eat in any quantity. You must also make sure you have your a and b choices everyday. If you don't use all your syns each day you can save them up and use at the end of the week (usually a good idea if you fancy a night out and a few drinks!). Let me know if you have any other questions, I've done the diet before and it's quite easy to follow once you understand the basics. I'm signing up on-line again tomorrow.

I don't know about Extra Easy but in very very basic terms Red and Green are: RED - free foods include all meats with skin and fat removed and measured amounts of carbs and dairy (A & B choices 2 portions of each) GREEN - free foods include potatoes, pasta, rice and measured amounts of protein/meat and dairy (A&B choices 2 portions of each) This is in addition to free foods which are most fruit and vegetables. Is definitely worth trying to get hold of a book or some online literature as they will give you the complete list of free foods on each day and also the measurements for your A&B choices. I've got a book you could borrow (copy) but am following it myself just now and do need to keep referring to it :)

Thanks Doodlemum. That would be great if i could borrow them. i just opted for the bronze version of the plan because i didnt think that they would deliver the books to here?!?! Thanks though ladies for your comments let's hope im a few pounds lighter next week xxx

If you work your way round the site, there are plenty of downloads, which explain about free foods/healthy a and b choices/syns. As a veggie, I only do green days, which basically mean I can have 2 healthy a choices, 2 healthy b choices, as much free food as possible and however many syns are allowed in a day. I do have the SW book somewhere, but for the life of me can't remember where I last saw it. If I find it, I will post, and you can have it if you want. (I have seen it in the last couple of weeks!)

I only do the extra easy days so not sure about the red and green. On extra easy you can eat veg/fruit and meat (no fat on ) rice, pasta beans then you have a healthy option a and b to choose from. Hope it makes some sort of sense !!! Do they deliver all the books when you sign up on line ??
