Someone to fix a shower filter

Hi guys, someone recently suggested that I fix a filter to my shower head to protect from the harsh Dubai water. Turns out, buying the filter is easy, fixing it; not so much. Apparently it's very easy to fix the shower head back in such a way that it leaks and compromises the water pressure. So I've been looking for a plumber or handyman to help with this but they are all so expensive! Every place I've enquired at says that they have a standard starting fee of 100 aed which seems ridiculous. Can anyone help me out?
