I have seen in several postings that "Springs 11" is a great place to live with a family. Now I am trying to find out what types of villas are available in that neighborhood. On one website I saw a floor plan for a type 4E in Springs 11, which looked great (3 Bedrooms). Is there such a thing as a 3 Bedroom 4E in Springs 11?
I can't seem to find any for rent, which leads me to believe that, they either do not exist or they are so great that no one wants to move:) We are a family of four, my two boys are 5 and 3.

How are the 3E Villas? Do you have enough storage space?

We will be arriving in Dubai in the Middle of March and would like to rent a villa starting in April or latest in May. If anyone knows of anything coming available in the Springs around that time please contact me.

Thanks for your help!

I was in a 2M in springs 11, 3 bedrooms plus study and outside maids. Storage room under stairs. Have you looked at dubizzle? Hi Nessa72. Can you recommend the 2M in Springs 11? Or would you recommend somewhere or something else? And were the cooling and water costs OK, if you don't mind me asking?

Ok, then the floor plan which I had seen was a mislabeled 2M. In any case it looked really nice, maybe more room than we actually need. I have been looking on Dubizzle and Property Finder, but since they almost never have pictures of the actual place that is for rent you can only use it to get a feeling for prices and availability.

A 4 is definitely 2 bedroom - some of the estate agents get the descriptions mixed up so it is often easier to state how many bedrooms you want when you speak to them. Mind you some will show you 2 bedrooms even when you state you are only interested in 3 bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms have much better storage space, it can be a struggle with a family in a 2 bedroom for storage.

Thanks DubaiCat. According to other posts which I have read the Springs 11 is nice and has pretty good access to the main roads. I assume that is true? DH will be driving out the the Jebel Ali Freezone to work and I think we will be sending the kids to the German School.

A type 4E is two bedrooms plus a study, and it's an end unit. Type 4s are the smallest and 1s are the biggest, and in each type you have end units (E) and middle units (M). All Springs have the same types of villas. Some Springs seem nicer than others and location might be important depending on where you/your DH will work or where your boys will go to school, as some Springs have better access to main roads. We have a 4E and storage isn't great, but we make do. You can get outside storage cupboards installed in the car port if you need.
