Hello there, @comp99 - Yes, I thought to use the study as a bedroom but that still leaves a live-in with nowhere to go in the Spring and we can't not have a live-in with our baby and me needing to go back to work. We will need 3 sleeping spaces for Mom & Dad + 2 kids (one is a baby). @iamcristee79 - Yes, we need three bedrooms (or 2+study) PLUS a maid's room. You stated you could check your availability? Do you represent owners in the Springs or other developments? I can't give a total budget as my husband will decide that but I can say what we pitch in for rent above 120k a year (husband's housing allowance) we wish to keep minimal Ms. Lavender, I will be checking if we have availability as per your requirements. Thank you. I know that contacts can't be shared here but feel free to leave me a strong hint on your email :) I can try to guess.

You will have to be prepared to top up your allowance.

Hi all, I have seen a lot of 2+study in the Springs but where to put the maid? Anyone is Springs who have solutions? The 3 bedrooms + maids are out of our budget in the Springs. If you know of any other 2 bedroom + study + maid's located in other developments let us know! We have a baby so she wouldn't need a large room for her and we thought maybe we could get a nicer place if we search for 2 bedrooms and a study vs 3 bedder. We do need space for a live-in though Thanks! Hi Ms. Lady Lavender, I just want to clarify, you need a 2 bedroom with a study and a maids room right? May I know how much is the budget? I can check our availability for you.

Might sound strange but the study is used as bedroom by many in a 2+study. A compact single bed fits well. My friend even had a tiny cupboard in there along with the single bed.
