Was wondering if anyone else is having constant maintenance and problems with their Springs air conditioners. I have a whole notebook full of service and maintenance receipts using the original installer and, once again, went to put the air on the other day and it won't turn on. Checked the circuits, etc. I keep the filters clean. They seem to have to be out here at least 3 or 4 times a year for something other than maintenance. Anyone else in The Springs have this problem?.
