sunbed vs spray tan

I know I've asked too many times :p , but I visited hollywood tanning and another salon that uses spray tan, and it looks like the sunbeds are safer for what I'm looking for. (That is normal tan instead of orange tan, and I am a bit scared to get allergic to spray tan)
So has any one uswd sunbeds here? Do u recommend them?
