You poor thing. As I said I would listen to Dr Walid (I was randomly assaulted 11 years ago and as a result my front teeth are crowns), I *sadly* have had quite a bit of experience of dentists in London and here (have had all sorts of problems and crowns replaced 3 times) and REALLY trust him. Close to the sinuses sounds like a problem and therefore a last resort. Go see him again and talk it through when you have time and no distractions, he is very helpful and not a dentist-cash-monster, in my experience he has his patients' best interests at heart. Sleep well and good luck. edited by dubai71 on 25/01/2011

Thanks dubai71, had appointment today and didn't really listen or take anything in as had my daughter with me and couldn't concentrate and was in a hurry too. Appointment booked for Thursday but im thinking i will cancel and just get another temporary filling for now, really am nervous as he mentioned it will be very close to sinuses! Actually feel very sick at the moment at the thought of it all, going to go to bed now. Any more advice/recommendations would be gratefully received.

Can anyone recommend a good dentist to go for a 2nd opinion for a tooth implant. anyone had one recently? Also would like to know if they can put you to sleep (just watched video on youtube and couldn't click off the page quick enough!) Oh and any idea on the price also please. tia
