Has anyone been through this situation?
A maid's sponsor has left the country and will not be returning. Her visa expires in March. I know she will have to have a release letter/NOC in order to transfer her sponsorship. If I can get hold of the sponsor's passport and an NOC, will this be enough to do the transfer? All useful information gratefully received.
