I'll try and be sensible ;) We brought our UK Tv 2 years ago, but when OSN (then called showtime) came to connect our TV they had terrible problems as they didn't use scart connectors, only the three coloured thing. (This was pre-HD) Now - things have moved on a pace here and we now have OSN HD boxes, which use a HDMI connection, as does our DVD player, so I'm guessing that if your TV is fairly new and has HDMI connectors then it will be good to work, if it doesn't an only uses Scart leads and has one of those 3 coloured lead options then it [i'>could[/i'> be more problematic. Does that help at all?

FYI your accommodation here has UK-standard plugs/sockets. No need for adaptors or anything like that. but lots of things you buy only have 2 pin plugs lolol I know!! Teeth-gnashingly annoying. I bought a Russell Hobbs toaster -- a good old-fashioned Brit brand -- assuming it would come with a good old-fashioned UK plug and grrrrrrr two pins!! Majorly p!ssed off. Made in China? Was it the 4 slot or 2 slot model?

she will need one to run away.... Naturally, no self respecting employer can not be without one of those.

so..how many maids are we at now? Peddling maid, switch channel maid, breast pumping maid, dropping maid, maid to complain about and maid to remove sensible posts...what about the cleaning one? Oh yes she will need at least two of those as a newbie expat (because she will let ahve a day off) and of course then she will require a gardener & driver.
